Oliebollen cake sprung towards the end of the year

Typical Dutch snacks known as a family snack at the New Year's Eve

The air was cool to walk in the afternoon dusk in my town, something that I knew was offered by the seller. Naturally present desire to try its taste, after a year had passed.

The flavor was present again, the sensation that brings a lot of stories.

Oliebollen also called smoutebollen is a cake that is cooked by frying with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, raisins or apple slices with a taste similar to a donut.
