Japanese modernity versus past great era
That's when you walk in Tokyo, when the mornings are cool and comfortable enough for touring several parts of the city.
It is most convenient to the Shinjuku district, seductive business center, a busy railway line, people who plainly and going, busy not caring about.
Witnessed in front of you, Sakura flowers waving in several rooftops, the other side of the city, makes you feel differently about the atmosphere carried over into Tokyo.
